Tri-star!

!TRI-STAR GYMNASTICS WITH KYLIE! !AND KANE!

We went to gymnastics on Wednesdays with Kylie and Kane because we all wanted to do gymnastics.This ran from week two (Term 3) till week 9 (this week) but this week we could do whatever we wanted! 
We all learned these 7 things:
(Please note that these are not in order)

1. Landings
2. Rotation
3. manipulation
4. locomotion
5. statics
6. swing
7. spring

My favourite part was doing the fun day because i got to do all the stuff i found was fun e.g (tossing things, rolling things, doing flips).
I learnt a lot of things and some of this stuff i can use in my j1 jiu-jitsu!
